The app is non functional. Just crashes every time.
This app will not open. Crashes immediately. Using Android phone - maybe only iphone users can open it??
Downloaded app, tried to open, result: "NGS app has a bug. Try opening the app once it's developer has fixed the bug." Please hurry up and fix it, looking forward to using the app.
Rubbish! Crashing everytime you open it!
I contacted the NGS about the Android problems listed here. They knew about it, and apologised, but said that they are waiting for it to be fixed as part of a bigger overhaul of the app later in 2022.
App no longer works
have tried multiple times over the last month to install it ... app will just not open, each time announcing it has a bug. Developer: please act on this. (Accessed with Galaxy Note 10 running very latest android software)
Android says this app has a bug and it will not start, just crashes straight away
I installed this about a week ago,it opened and closed again immediately. I uninstalled, left it a week , and re installed. Still broken,very disappointed.
I can't open the App? Thought it just needed updating but still notworking?
